Sometimes, the world can seem like it’s in black and white.
It can seem colorless.
Sometimes, the world can seem like it’s turning you away.
Like it’s yelling at you, “You’re different.”
And you learn to live with no colors.
And then you realize that you can be who you want to be.
You can just be yourself.
With no colors and no words to define you.
So then all the reds and oranges and yellows and greens and blues and purples and pinks and every other color in the world hits you in the face.
But in a good way.
So then you can accept yourself for who the heck you are.
